Bismuth Science and Biomedical Materials Team
Overview
The Bismuth Science and Biomedical Materials Team focuses on the application of bismuth and related nanomaterials in the biomedical field, especially nano diagnosis and treatment, anti-cancer drugs, and antibacterial materials. The team members have published more than 300 SCI papers (more than 60 papers in JCR Q1) in Chem. Rev., Trend. Biotechnol., Biotechnol. Adv., NPG Asia Material., ACS Appl. Mater. Interf., Biosensor. Bioelectron., Nanoscale, and other journals, and authorized 12 invention patents and transferred 2 of them. At present, the team has published more than 40 SCI papers related to bismuth, including 4 ESI highly cited papers, 2 Hot papers, 2 cover articles. The Bismuth Science and Biomedical Materials Team is led by Professor Miao Yuqing, with 1 professor, 6 associate professors, 4 lecturers, and more than 40 doctoral and master students.
