On the afternoon of December 23, at the invitation of our college, the 32nd Shanghai Semiconductor Materials Academic Annual Conference in 2024 was held in the Second Conference Room of the Graphics and Information Center at No. 580 Jungong Road, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and it was also part of the "Talented and Brilliant" Report Series of the School of Materials and Chemistry. The academic annual conference was presided over by Li Wei, Chairman of the Shanghai Nonferrous Metals Society and Deputy Dean of the School of Materials and Chemistry at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. Nearly 30 members of the Semiconductor Materials Professional Committee of the society and professionals in the semiconductor industry, including Miao Yuqing, Deputy Dean of the School of Materials and Chemistry, Fang Shouyi, Secretary General of the Shanghai Nonferrous Metals Society, and Sun Yan, Associate Researcher and Secretary of the Semiconductor Professional Committee of the society, attended the meeting. The annual conference specially invited five experts, namely Gu Guang'an, Technical Director of Shanghai Jingmeng Silicon Material Co., Ltd., Professor Liu Yufeng from the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Shanghai Institute of Technology, Researcher Yu Haitao from the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences/Xiamen Hainamai Technology Co., Ltd., Researcher Bi Hengchang from East China Normal University, and Professor Xu Jiaqiang from Shanghai University, to give academic reports.
