Honors & Awards

In 2017, SMC, USST was awarded the second prize in the National Science and Technology Progress Awards and the first prize in the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Awards.

In 2018, SMC, USST was awarded the first prize in the Shanghai Natural Science Awards.

In 2019, SMC, USST was awarded the first prize in the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Awards.

Since 2009, SMC, USST has been a standing council member of the Chinese Heat Treatment Society, Chinese New Materials Society, and Chinese Energy Society. We are also the leading organizer and vice president of several regional societies, including the Shanghai Die & Mould Trade Association, Shanghai New Carbon Materials Trade Union, Shanghai PU Union, Shanghai New Materials Trade Union, and Shanghai Trade Union of Steels Service. Shanghai Engineering and Technological Research Center for Powder Metallurgy Auto-materials has been established in SMC.
