Strengthen School-Enterprise Industry-University-Research Cooperation and Promote the Cultivation of High-quality Talents-Continental Group ContiTech Investment (China) Co., Ltd. Visits

         On the morning of June 15th, Zhang Yijing, Director of Human Resources of Continental ContiTech Investment (China) Co., Ltd., and Yu Zhaoxia, Director of R&D, visited the School of Materials Science and Engineering. Yan Jin, deputy secretary of the party committee of the college, Li Shengjuan, deputy dean, representatives of some scientific research teams, and counselors attended the symposium.


         On behalf of the college, Yan Jin extended a warm welcome to Zhang Yijing and her entourage, and introduced the overall employment situation of the college's 2021 graduates. She said that the school-enterprise supply-demand connection can help graduates to achieve precise internships and employment, which will help improve the quality of talent training. She hopes that both parties will deepen school-enterprise cooperation and exchanges, innovate and collaborate, and work together to promote development.

         Li Shengjuan briefly introduced the basic situation of the college in terms of historical evolution, discipline characteristics, and professional advantages, focusing on the college's specific practices in faculty, talent cultivation, and the research directions of the nine scientific research teams.


        Yu Zhaoxia gave a detailed introduction to ContiTech's development history, business group, and design industry, and pointed out the importance of materials specialty to the industrial solutions advocated by ContiTech. She said that ContiTech is committed to localization and hopes to attract more outstanding students from the School of Materials Science to join.

         At the symposium, faculty representatives of the scientific research team exchanged views on the research field and project construction of the team. The two parties also conducted in-depth discussions on topics, technical research, education and teaching.
