In order to more accurately match the employment supply and demand, and to promote fuller and higher quality employment for the 2024 graduates, the college, together with the School of Mechanical Engineering, held the spring special job fair for the 2024 class in the large manufacturing industry and the materials and chemical industry on the afternoon of April 12th. The job fair attracted 130+ employers to enter the school for double-selection, providing 1,000+ full-time and internship positions in large manufacturing industry and materials and chemical industry.

Sheng Chun, deputy secretary of the party committee and vice president of the school, visited the site, exchanged academic employment with students, and traveled to Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, Rudong County, participating enterprises, Shanghai New Materials Association director unit focused on understanding the demand for employment and the current situation of industry development.
