According to the arrangement of the university and the college, the Department of Energy and Environmental Materials recently carried out the undergraduate midterm teaching quality inspection and communication work. The Teaching Quality Inspection Team, composed of the head of the program and the department head, listened to the key courses, all-English courses, and courses taught by new teachers for the first time in the department. After listening to the lectures, the team exchanged views with the lecturers on the implementation of various teaching aspects, discussed how to implement the core concept of engineering accreditation of "student-centered, output-oriented, and continuous improvement" into the teaching, and did a good job in assessing and evaluating the achievement of the objectives of the courses, continuous improvement, and emphasized on the cultivation of the students' abilities and achievement, and at the same time, implemented the concept of "cultivating the moral character of the students". At the same time, we should carry out the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and educating people"; how to incorporate the teaching goal of "course politics" into the design of professional courses, and actively explore innovative teaching methods; how to grasp the scale of "innovativeness, advancedness, and challengingness" in course teaching, and how to make sure that students' abilities can be cultivated and achieved, How to grasp the scale of "innovativeness, advancedness and challenge" in the teaching of the courses and to tailor the teaching to the students' needs.
