In order to give full play to the main role of students' participation in laboratory management, on October 26th, the student assistants in the laboratories of School of Materials and Chemistry were officially launched.

In the previous period, based on the principle of openness, fairness and impartiality, the School of Materials and Chemistry identified 14 students as laboratory safety inspectors, safety propagandists and laboratory administrators through open recruitment and selection.

Enhance safety awareness and build up safety defense. At the training session, laboratory teachers trained the students on laboratory safety management system, laboratory management precautions, common safety hazards in the laboratory and so on.

The training raised the awareness of teachers and students of Material Chemistry on the importance of creating a civilized campus, aiming to integrate the creation of a civilized campus into the school's working mechanism, into the whole process of teaching and team growth, and into the actual development of the school, to give full play to the role of campus construction as a model to lead the way, and to create a good campus environment.
