In order to implement the decision of the Party Central Committee to give priority to employment, strengthen the construction of job market for professional disciplines, seize the golden period of spring recruitment, and actively respond to the needs of graduates' career development and employers' recruitment, a special job fair for the 2023 graduates of the School of Materials and Chemistry was successfully held in the first meeting room of the Graphic Information Center recently. The job fair attracted more than 30 famous enterprises such as BASF New Materials Co., Ltd, CKY (Shanghai) Materials Technology Co.

Resume clinic and employment law consultation booth were set up at the job fair. The College invited Wang Na from the Employment Office of Graduate Work Department, Xia Rui, a lawyer from Shanghai Zhongdao Law Firm, and the counselor of the College's graduation class to answer questions, modify resumes "one-on-one", and give professional advice on the legal problems encountered by students in the process of employment, so as to help graduates improve their job-seeking skills and enhance their employment competitiveness.
