In order to further understand the characteristics, symptoms, causes and Countermeasures of common psychological problems and mental diseases of contemporary college students, strive to improve the ability and level of teachers' mental health education, comprehensively deepen the comprehensive reform of "three aspects of education", and effectively play the role of psychological education. On the afternoon of December 3, Xi Wei, director of Yangpu District mental health center, was specially invited to give a psychological lecture with the theme of screening students' psychological and behavioral abnormalities (special session for teachers and staff). Professional teachers and counselors from all colleges attended the lecture, which was presided over by song Yiting, counselor of the school of materials.
  Xi Wei explained the causes and formation principles of a series of bad emotions, and pointed out several scientific methods to avoid students' negative emotions. He pointed out that teachers should guide students to correctly adjust the existing bad emotions. Then, he interpreted the mental health law from the perspective of ethics, shared several effective coping strategies, and provided suggestions for teachers to solve students' psychological problems.
  In the interactive session, Xi Wei brings answers to the cases that teachers have doubts about. The teachers on the spot said that they had benefited a lot and had a better understanding of the effective methods to solve students' psychological problems.
