In order to build a platform for Chinese and foreign students to understand, appreciate and learn each other's cultures, realize scientific and technological and humanistic exchanges between Chinese and foreign students, and promote the development of Sino-foreign friendly relations in our institute, with the strong support and help of the International Exchange Office and Hujiang University, the School of Materials and Chemistry held the Science and Technology Humanities English Salon Activity.

At 7 p.m. on Monday, March 20, 2023, the salon officially started in the conference hall on the first floor of the Nordic Cultural Exchange Center of Hujiang International Cultural Park, lasting one and a half hours. This activity specially invited 7 international students from Hujiang University, who came from Uzbekistan, Myanmar, Cyprus, Iran, Albania, Kenya and other countries. With the theme of "My Hometown", Chinese and foreign students discussed the scenery, food, customs and culture of various places.
