On the afternoon of November 10, the opening ceremony and the first lecture of the project were successfully held in 202, the fifth teaching building. The meeting was presided over by song Yiting, a counselor of the school of materials. The activity covered all the students with difficulties in the school.
At the beginning of the activity, song Yiting introduced the whole course plan and put forward four expectations for the students: the spirit of struggle, the spirit of patriotism and dedication, the ability of innovation and perseverance. In the new era, college students should work hard to improve themselves, contribute their ability in the future life, and contribute their own strength to the construction of the country.
Subsequently, the first phase of the course started. The course was led by six peer lecturers from the school of materials. The six peer lecturers combined the professional history of materials with the four histories, integrating the professional development course and party history of new energy materials, environmental materials, biomedical materials, rare earth functional materials, advanced 3D printing materials, aerospace materials, party history, new China history, reform and opening up history, and socialism The combination of development history has improved the ideological and moral quality of students with difficulties and their love for the party and patriotism.
This activity is one of the projects of supporting and empowering education, which gives full play to the role of peer education, enables students with difficulties to draw strength in the learning process of four history and professional history, and improves the core competitiveness of poor students.
