In order to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of graduate students, further strengthen the communication and exchange among new graduate students, and strengthen the students' team vitality, creativity and cohesion, the school of Materials and Chemical Engineering of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology held the quality development activity of 2021 graduate team in Gongqing National Forest Park on the morning of September 17th.

At 9:30 am, the team quality development activity officially kicked off. Through the warm-up game self-introduction and talent show, broke the sense of strangeness and distance between the students. In the first game, golden Chicken Independence, team members march in a single line on one foot, testing their body balance and improving teamwork. The second game, "You draw and I guess", requires the students in the back row to guess the answer according to the drawing of the students in the front row and continue to draw for the next student, which improves the degree of tacit cooperation between each other. The last tug-of-war competition, the students are actively involved, the athletes one red face hard pull back, next to the cheerleaders also boiling up, a shout, make the game full of passion and power.

This expansion activity aims to provide a platform for new graduate students to show themselves and communicate with each other, so that new students can better and faster integrate into the graduate collective, adapt to the life of graduate students, help each other in the future study or life, and have the courage to innovate, climb and surpass themselves in scientific research.
